He is a nationally recognized expert in ligature risk mitigation, Life Safety Code (NFPA 101), Environment of Care (EOC), and Emergency Management (EM) across all care settings—including behavioral health, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and home care environments.

Mr. Todro holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA with a Healthcare Administration concentration from Loyola University Chicago. He graduated from Coyne College in industrial electronics and electrical technology, is a Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician (CBET), and belongs to ASHE, AAMI, and CEAI.
